DiVINCENZO, Josephine M. (McHugh) A long time resident of Winchester and Medford, passed away peacefully in Jupiter, FL. She fought a courageous 10 year battle with Parkinson 's disease, she was 78 years of age. The beloved wife of Ronald A. DiVincenzo. She is survived by her loving children Ronald and his wife Cindy of Winchester, Robert and his wife Patti of Glen Head, NY, and Barbara Manganaro and her husband David. Cherished grandmother of Derick, Devin, Robert, Matthew, Michael, Abby, Nick, Mary, Caroline and Kate. Dear sister of the late Barbara and Paul Bradley, Hildegarde and the late Bill Brennan, Joan and the late Charlie Martel, Mary Ellen and the late Tom Geary, the late Terry McHugh, Ruthie and Dick Barros, Helen and Deems Hatch, and Leo and Mary McHugh. Sister-in-law of the late Josephine and Romeo Cefalo, Julia and the late Tom Caccavaro, Edie and the late George DiVincenzo, the late Mary DiVincenzo, Patty, Domenic, and Lorraine DiVincenzo. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Josephine's life will be held on May 20th at St. Mary's Church WINCHESTER at 11am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Born in Medford she was a graduate of Medford High School and then went on to attend the Lawrence Memorial Nursing School. Josephine had a long and fulfilling career in nursing but her most cherished roles were as mother and wife. She was passionate about research for Parkinson's Disease and organized several golf tournaments through which she raised over $150,000.
