She was the beloved wife of Joseph Zaffina who preceded her in death along with her brother Nicolas Zamanakos and her sisters Fay Clough and Niki Kreis.

She is survived by her brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Angelo and Jen Morandi and several nieces and nephews.

Myrna fell asleep in death on August 20th, 2012, with her family at her side in Winchester, MA.

Myrna was raised in Winchester, MA. As a Winchester high school graduate she was loved by many people. After the completion of high school she attended college in New Jersey, later to become an employee at Bonwit Teller in Boston, MA as a bridal consultant.

With her new-found love of fashion and previous experience at her family’s shoe shop in Winchester, she had decided to open a boutique of her own during the 50's, Black Horse Bootery.

Myrna dedicated her life to Jehovah and was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses on April 2nd, 1951. She continued to be devoted in service to Jehovah for the rest of her life. She had attended the Burlington Congregation since the mid 60's.

She was loved not only by her spiritual brothers and sisters but by many in her community. She was very well known for her generous spirit, kind manner, optimistic attitude and love for her family and friends. Myrna had a great love for the Bible and would read scriptures with great enthusiasm and passion and was well known for this.

Myrna believed wholeheartedly in the very beautiful and very real hope of a resurrection and everlasting life in Jehovah God's new world. She knew this would come very soon.

She will be greatly missed.
