How does one summarize, briefly, the friendship of Dan Serieka?!
Growing up on Middlesex Street and contending with the trials of boyhood and youth . . . .
Playing Little League ball on Winchester's sandlots, fields and teams . . . .
Following his successful WHS and Tilton School athletic exploits . . . .
Remembering Tilton's educators and coaches motivational lessons, (1960's) " Do The Job"!
Dan's enthusiasm in professional life, always doing, pitching in, taking on assignments and seeing them to completion. . .
His total enjoyment of the life he lived as husband, father, coach and family patriarch. . . .
His kind, sagacious advice when one requested of him . . . .
His stories, his joking, and his ever contagious, effervescent smile . . . .
Never to fade from my memories of him. . . . one might go on and on, alas, finis.
Rest in peace ole faithful friend!

Danny.. he will always be remembered as a great and caring friend in high school and remained the same great guy in his adult life !
We didn’t get to see one another but at our reunions and meetings but always like it was yesterday when we did get together.
A man who will always be missed. & loved!
A very special man . Please accept our deepest regrets and love at this difficult time .
Sorry we cannot be there to celebrate him.
We are here living in Florida.
Fondly, Ann Porcaro Mucera & Tony Mucera

Jan and family,
Dan always had a smile on his face.
I am so sorry for your loss. My husband, Jim Marchant, WHS '61, played football with Dan on the Sachems and remembers him well.

So many memories of Dan while at UNH. Mostly associated with Theta Chi the fraternity that Dan loved so much. He spent many years organizing and uniting all the brothers at many functions through a vigorous online contact list. In addition to his athletic achievements he was a kind and caring person who always had a positive outlook on life. I know his family will miss him the most but as a brother and fellow Zeta I will never forget his friendship. R.I.P. Dan Gil "Boo" Ellis
