John, We had such a nice conversation a little over a month ago. I was so grateful for all of the updates with everything that was happening. I know your friends and family will be heartbroken as you were taken far too soon. Your daughters will always have my heart and I hope to continue to be a friend to them as they grow up. May you rest in peace.

John and I lived together in college at Saint Michaels. He could really light up a room and I considered him a good friend. We took many long rides back from break up to Vermont and my memories are all of great times filled with laughs and smiles.

My heart breaks for his family and his girls. Rest easy John.
