Dear Nicky, Jennifer, Danielle and Jim, My heartfelt thoughts, prayers and sincere condolences to all of you at this most difficult time. He was so special to me being one of my oldest and dearest friends - we had so many wonderful, crazy and unforgettable times and moments over the years. Always there in time of need, a true friend in every sense of the word; I'll miss him, his wit, his kind and gentle manner and his penchant for spirited discourse. Our recent phone talks almost invariably turned to discussion of family - he loved to regale me with tales about his grandchildren and his family and then discussion would turn to the political arena or some childhood venture. I'll miss those calls my friend but I know you're in a great place and you leave a wonderful legacy to all of us who were fortunate to know you- loyalty, thoughtfulness, wisdom, love of family, and a good friend.
