Robert F. "Bob"  Szczawinski
SZCZAWINSKI, Robert F. “Bob” of Stoneham passed away peacefully on April 4, 2018. Beloved husband of the late Donna (Healey) Szczawinski. Loving father of Kim Hamilton and her husband William of Raymond, NH, Michael and his wife Carol of Nahant, and Lynda Colasacco and her husband Ed of South Natick. Cherished grandfather of Amanda, Alexa, James and Serena. Adored brother of William and his wife Margy of Nahant, Donald (Jebo) and his wife of Isabel of Tewksbury, Thomas of Lynn, Gerard and his wife Cali of FL and the late Barbara Szczawinski. Dear brother in law of Anthony Ciruso, Nick Facciolo, Jill Healey and Liz Healey. Also survived many loving nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends and relatives at Lane Funeral Home, 760 Main St. (Rte. 38) WINCHESTER on Sunday April 8th from 2-5pm, followed by a short prayer service. An intimate Graveside service will be held on Monday April 9th at 10 am at Wildwood Cemetery, Winchester. Bob was a graduate of Lynn Classics High School. He started his career in the auto parts industry at Gibbs Ford, followed by St. Johnsbury Trucking, and Rodman Ford before ultimately retiring as the Parts Manager at Bonnell Ford. Bob was very active in the Stoneham Community and was a founding Director of the Stoneham Youth Basketball League, he also enjoyed coaching Babe Ruth and Little League Baseball. The family would like to thank the Rubin Home for their tremendous care and support.
