Elizabeth Hurley McDonough passed away peacefully on Jan 31, 2017 after a courageous battle with lung cancer. Daughter of the late Erbie and Joe McDonough. Sister of Lu Conway and her husband Frank, Sally Rucki and husband Larry, and Martha McDonough. Adored aunt of Kara and Joe Conway; Ryan , Wally, James and his wife Sam and their beautiful boys Emmett and Hunter; Sarah and Peter Carlisle.
Betsey was a graduate of Winchester High school class of 1972, she was her class president, and Emmanuel College in 1976. Betsey worked a variety of jobs in Brookline and Boston before returning to Winchester, where she leaves behind many dear friends. A Funeral will be held from the Lane Funeral Home, 760 Main St. (Rte. 38) WINCHESTER, on Saturday, January 6th at 9am. Followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary's Church at 10am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Visiting hours will be held at the Funeral Home on Friday from 4 thru 7pm. Interment Calvary Cemetery.
