McPHAIL, Elaine A. (Foley) of Winchester passed away peacefully on December 18, 2017. Beloved wife of 63 years of John McPhail. Loving mother of Alison Shank of St. Paul, MN; Brian McPhail of Menlo Park, CA ;and Keith McPhail of Rochester, NY. Dear grandmother of Annika and Colin McPhail, and Ian and Bryn Shank. Predeceased by her adored mother, Hannah Foley, and cherished sisters Doris Fitzpatrick, Margaret Conway, and Christine Pillion. Also survived by her loving nieces and nephew Paul, Lauren, Suzanne, and Beth. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at St. Mary’s Church, 155 Washington St. Winchester on Thursday, December 21 at 11:30 A.M. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Visitation will be held prior to the Mass at Lane Funeral Home, 760 Main St. (RTE. 38) WINCHESTER on Thursday from 10:00-11:00 A.M. Interment will be private.
