Obituary for Julie C Vaiani

Julie C Vaiani
JULIE C. VAIANI
September 25, 1936 - September 15, 2017

VAIANI, Julie C. of Groveland, formerly of Winchester where she lived for over 30 years, died peacefully on September 15, 2017 surrounded by family. Beloved daughter of the late Nancy (Oliviero) and Eugene Vaiani.
Loving sister of Marilyn (Vaiani) and her husband Joseph Davis of Groveland, MA. Adored aunt of Nancy (Davis) and her husband Giuseppe Cannella of Florence, Italy and Kim (Davis) and her husband Ric Faitella of Georgetown, MA. Julie was loved dearly by her grand niece and nephews, Sofia, Jackson and Dillon. She is also survived by loving cousins, friends, and colleagues along with many, many "adopted" nieces and nephews.
Julie was born and raised in Revere, where she lived until the passing of her mother in 1969. She was welcomed by Marilyn and Joe, resulting in Marilyn living together with her sister for all but 2 years of her life, a unique and beautiful bond. Marilyn, Joe, Nancy and Kim were blessed to have Julie every day of their lives
Julie worked at Shawmut Bank for 40 years. After retirement, she worked for Dr. Jack Greiner in Winchester for 20 years, up until her illness 9 months ago. She loved her colleagues and they adored her.
Julie Vaiani defined inner beauty. We are all better people for knowing her. She will certainly be missed. A Funeral will be held from the Lane Funeral Home 760 Main St. (Rte. 38) WINCHESTER on Friday September 22nd at 10 am. Followed by a Mass of Christian burial at St. Mary’s Church at 11 am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Visiting hours will be held at the funeral home on Thursday from 4 thru 8pm.
