Dorothy Ann  Rexrode (Govostes)
Dorothy Ann Govostes-Rexrode passed away peacefully on Wednesday July 26, 87 yrs. of age. Surrounded by her family. Born in Woburn to her proud parents, Frank and Ruth Thelma (Otis) Govostes. Dorothy was born in the Choate Hospital and educated in the Woburn School System. After graduating Dorothy traveled extensively to many places in the United States and Overseas. She later worked full time as a switchboard operator at the Choate Hospital. The Beloved mother of Mark Rexrode and Cathy Hare of Newton, Matthew Rexrode, her daughter-in-law Carrol Rexrode both of Stoneham, Misty Rexrode of Tewksbury, Loving Sister of Brenda Kleschinsky of Winchester, John “Jacki” Govostes of ME, the late Edward “Buddy” Govostes, and the late Nancy (Govostes) Annello. Special grandmother of Samantha Rexrode of Stoneham, Paden Urquhart of Tewksbury, and the late Bailey Marie Rexrode, also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. A celebration of life will be held at the Lane Funeral Home 760 Main St. Winchester on Saturday August 5th at 12:00pm. Relatives and friends are cordially invited to the Funeral Home from 10:00 am to 11:45AM Interment in Oak Grove Cemetery
