Obituary for Patrick J. Graham

Patrick J.  Graham
Patrick James Graham, 25, of Palm Beach, FL formerly of Winchester, MA passed away unexpectedly at his apartment in Florida on May 23, 2017.

He was the son of loving and devoted parents, Rick and Patricia Graham, of Palm Beach, FL and Falmouth, MA, formerly of Winchester, MA.

Also survived by his loving brothers and sister: Chris Graham of San Francisco, Jackie and Brendan McNamara of New York, and Jeff Graham of Boston.

He was the grandson of Joan Graham of Cohasset, MA and the late James Graham, and the grandson of Mildred Sullivan of Newton, MA and the late John Briston Sullivan. He is also survived by his many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who will all truly miss his infectious personality.

He attended Winchester Public Schools and The Landmark School in Massachusetts. He was a graduate of The Pine School in Hobe Sound, Florida and he attended "Ole Miss", the University of Mississippi.

Patrick loved the outdoors and spent many hours boating, fishing, and going to the beach in Florida and Cape Cod. Patrick lit up any room he entered and always made those around him smile. He was the best friend, brother, and son, and his loss is beyond words for everyone who knew him.

Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, May 30th from 3pm to 7pm at Lane Funeral Home, 760 Main Street, Winchester, MA. A funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, May 31st at 11am, Saint Mary's Church, 158 Washington Street, Winchester, MA. All are welcome.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Grayken Center for Addiction Medicine at Boston Medical Center.
