HAMEL, Louis H. Jr. Of Winchester passed away on September 4, 2016, he was 82 years old. Loving father of Juliana Hamel Thomas and her husband Gary Thomas, Louis III and his partner Kim Vachon, Lucy Hamel, Paul Hamel, Mark Hamel and his wife Keri Dogan and the late Augustin Hamel. Dear grandfather of Ashley, Alexandros, Louie IV, Griffin, Sadie, Abigail, Marcus, and Ella. Former spouse of the late Geraldine T. Griffin. Visiting hours will be held at the Lane Funeral Home, 760 Main St., WINCHESTER on Thursday, September 8th from 3-7pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, September 9th at St. Mary's Church, 155 Washington St., Winchester at 10am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Interment at Wildwood Cemetery Winchester. Mr. Hamel was a Harvard Laws School graduate, class of 1969. Former Senior Partner with Hale and Dorr Law Firm from 1976-1997.
