Condolence: I was so sad to hear of Jasper's passing. I was lucky enough to be one of his grooming students many years ago. I will be forever grateful to him for helping me work towards a career I am passionate about. He was a great teacher and a wonderful man.

Condolence: My condolences to the Asaro family. I had the pleasure of meeting Jasper & Lori when my son was playing football in Stoneham with Sal. We would talk during the pratices and games and have many laughs. Heaven just got another Angel to watch over us. May he rest in peace.

Condolence: Jasper and I grew up in the neighborhood together. Back then, kids played with other kids all day. I spent many days over Jasper's house and visa versa. He even got a tattoo based off my drawing of a tiger once. From Muraco elementary school through high school, Jasper was always, and still is, an amazingly kind soul. I was touched to see so many people at his benefit night at Tanner Tavern a couple of years back. I remember telling Jasper, "look how blessed you are. Look at the love and support you get from your friends, family and the community." Well that hasn't changed. Lori and the kids, we are all still here for you. Miss you buddy.

Condolence: I have wonderful childhood memories of Jasper from Muraco School. We were classmates from the first grade all the way through. He & Joey Collella were best friends. They were like Mutt & Jeff. The great thing about being in school with Jasper & Joey was that they were such fun loving scoundrels that you felt safe that pretty much no matter what you did, it couldn't be worse than something they hadn't already done, so you couldn't get in too much trouble. Jasper & Joey used to tease the girls mercilessly so they were our childhood frenemies. If you were a girl in our class, you had to act put off & like you just couldn't stand them. I remember as if it were yesterday, being in 6th grade dance class after school (everyone was there of course). Partners rotated automatically and all the girls were in dread when it was their turn to dance with Jasper or Joey. I was secretly thrilled when I got lined up with Jasper ( he was the biggest most handsome boy in school) but of course I was obligated to act horrified (all the other 6th grade girls were watching). Liz Cullen loved dancing with Jasper & Joey. She is in heaven with Jasper now and they are both laughing at all the fun we had at Muraco School. I hold childhood memories of Jasper dear. On behalf of our class- Thank you for sharing him with us. Peace to the Asaro Family xo xo Carol Doherty
